  Just returned from a week long visit at Trewince Manor, wish we'd stayed longer! Very peaceful setting with glorious views across beautiful grounds to the sea all from our lodge. Amazing star gazing and watching the moon rise too. Our party included ourselves, 40ish, son aged 19 and daughters aged 13 and 10 and I have to say everyone of us enjoyed it immensely, something for everyone. Started the day with a swim in the indoor pool, very clean, warm and Id like one at home! The girls loved the hot tub and pool and I was suprised at how tranquil it was. My favourite part of the pool ritual was the sauna, thankyou for saunas! We were spoilt for choice with beaches, really didn't know where to start and they were not crowded, being that as you drive about the beautiful Roseland Peninsula you see public pathways to so many. This is a part of Cornwall we haven't explored before and we fell in love with the lush countryside, wonderful windy lanes dripping with foliage loads of beaches as I said before and river estuaries, I wanted to photograph everything! OOh the butterflies, our lodge and the grounds were planted with lots of lovely plants which the butterflies and bees adore and it was teaming with them, realy well thought out and laid out grounds and very well maintained. I walked to the private quay, alone for once! Its a beautiful walk and I sat on a bench where I read Wind in The Willows whilst basking in the sunshine and occasionaly looking across the rugged landscape, it was bliss! Never wrote a review before so not sure if this is what people want to know, this was my experience and what stood out. All the facilities were excellent, thankyou and hope to see you again.
